Gareth Williams

Managing Director:
Gareth deals with the strategic aspects of the business, from meeting with new and existing clients to networking with other businesses.

John Evans

Operations Manager:
John is in charge of the operations team and our own trades people. He works closely with Gareth and Debbie to make sure all aspects of the business run smoothly.

Debbie Owen

Accountant:
Debbie is the company accountant. She deals with the Payroll and the HR side of the business as well as keeping the books in order. She plays a major part in the company and has been involved with Construction Linx since its inception.

James Rose

Assistant Estimator:
James' role is supporting the estimating department by keeping up to date with software as well as key suppliers prices to enable the best value for our customers. Also Co-ordinates smaller works, creating quotes and cost sheets and keeping in touch with customers once the quote has been sent to make sure the customer is happy with it.

Karis Bakewell

Operations Co-Ordinator:
Karis' role is looking after several industrial estates, which are situated all over the north west. This can range from small reactive jobs to complete refurbishments etc. She also takes care of reactive works when needed

Cliff Warga

Estimator:
Cliff has been with the company for over 4 years. He is an estimator and tends to deal with the small and medium quotes.

Zoe Denton

Finance Assistant Accountant:
This role includes ensuring that the financial aspects of the business performance are maximised through the effective management of customer invoicing, supplier payments and accounting processes and systems.

Peter Spear

Estimator:
Peter has joined the team to help with the growing demand for quotes. He deals with the small and medium size quotes.

Tara Coates

Customer Relations:
Tara's role includes keeping in touch with our existing clients both over the phone and face to face. She also contacts prospective customers to see if there is anything we can help them with.

Chris Marler

Operations Co-Ordinator:
Chris's role is to organize and oversee work that we are given the go ahead on. This can be any size of job from the small more reactive works to some of our medium size works.

Tyrone Smith

Site Assessor
Tyrone's main duties are to monitor and Inspect the Planned Works of the Company for adherence to company standards. He also works alongside the estimators during the handover process and helps the planner to manage all internal and external communications from project start to sign off.
