Gareth deals with the strategic aspects of the business, from meeting with new and existing clients to networking with other businesses.
John is in charge of co-ordinating and planning the larger projects. He works closely with Gareth and Debbie to make sure all aspects of the business run smoothly.
Debbie is the company accountant. She deals with the Payroll and the HR side of the business as well as keeping the books in order. She plays a major part in the company and has been involved with Construction Linx since its inception.
Finance Assistant Accountant:
This role includes ensuring that the financial aspects of the business performance are maximised through the effective management of customer invoicing, supplier payments and accounting processes and systems.
Account Co-ordinator/Contractor Recruitment
Tara's role includes ensuring Key Account Customers are kept up to date, setting up their Reactive and quoted works and planning them. She also looks after sub contractor recruitment.
Tyrone's main duties are to monitor and Inspect the Planned Works of the Company for adherence to company standards. He also works alongside the estimators during the handover process and helps the planner to manage all internal and external communications from project start to sign off.
