Construction and Maintenance firm Construction Linx has recently recruited four new members of staff to support its growth over the past year.
As a result of the new recruits, the firm can continue to provide construction and property refurbishment and maintenance services to clients across the North West, on both a planned and ad-hoc basis.

We’ve had a fantastic time recently, working with existing clients and securing new contracts, and our turnover is set to increase again this year.
“Our new recruits, Tara, Chris, Tyrone and Peter, are all vital to our ever-growing team of professionals as we have new contracts coming through on a regular basis – and they are enabling us to provide a seamless service to all our clients, today and going forward.”
Construction Linx’s new Customer Relations Executive is Tara Coates, who has extensive experience of working in the construction industry as a project manager, including 17 years in Greece. Tara will look after existing customers and ensure their projects run on time and are completed within budget.
Chris Marler has joined the company as Operations Co-Ordinator and will oversee and organise projects, from the small more-reactive works through to medium sized works.
As a new Site Assessor, Tyrone Smith’s main duties will be to monitor planned works by Construction Linx to ensure adherence at all times to the company standards. He will also work alongside the estimators during the handover process and help ensure internal and external communications, from project start to sign off, run smoothly.
Peter Spear has also joined the team of estimators, to help with the growing demand for quotes, and will deal with the small and medium sized quotes.
